对于此种类型的问题，不可避免地就得向亚马逊提起申诉，然后才能有机会要回自己的“东西”。
一般，亚马逊会主动发邮件给你，告知你Listing被封的原因，但不排除一言不发就封你的可能性，毕竟在旺季这个特殊的时期，一切皆有可能。。
如果出现未告知就封你的情形，你要主动找绩效团队问清楚到底是哪个环节出了错，然后才能对症下药。

通常来说，卖家收到的官方投诉告知邮件的格式为以下格式：
Hello,
We are contacting you because we received a report of infringement from the rights owner listed below.
Sellers on http://Amazon.com are not allowed to create listings or detail pages that infringe intellectual property rights. （侵权投诉）
We removed the following content:
ASIN: XXXXXX，…….
We may let you list this content again if we receive a retraction from the rights owner.
Their contact information can be found below.

从邮件中，我们可以看出亚马逊告知卖家对方投诉的原因是“infringe intellectual property rights”，所以此时卖家最应该想到的是关于知识产权方面的因素，比如自己产品的外观、技术、以及品牌是否已被注册知识产权。
卖家可以根据亚马逊所给的投诉方的信息，先做一个初步的判断，看对方是恶意投诉还是自己确确实实已经侵犯到对方的权益了。
另外，在这封邮件中，亚马逊已经直接把投诉人的信息给了你，所以你可以直接联系对方，咨询自己的产品具体哪方面侵犯到对方的利益，让对方提供相关的侵权资料，明白问题的根本。
除此之外，卖家还要联系供应商，以进行进一步的判定。
1.如果投诉方属于恶意投诉，卖家可以联系亚马逊官方告知事情真相，要求平台恢复销售权限。
Sellerhow根据以往的经验，给老铁们提供了以下思路，仅供参考：
首先，卖家在回复邮件的时候，千万千万千万不要带有个人的抵抗情绪；
其次，向亚马逊提供发票，授权，进货单，专利证书等所有证明（即使你认为相关度不大的也要发，判断权在亚马逊不在你）；
再者，提出你的解决方案，尽管你觉得自己是有理的一方还是要展现虚心的态度，并确保以后不会再出现类似的事情；
最后，一定要让亚马逊觉得你是会为买家提供优质服务并遵守平台政策的好卖家。
2.如果确实存在侵权行为，卖家可以和投诉方协商，看能否给投诉方出一定的佣金来获得继续销售的授权。
此种情况下，卖家要综合考虑，对佣金的多少做出权衡，看目前的账号情况是否值得挽救。
